CEO Job Description
The firm typically commits between $50 million and $300 million of equity
capital to a CEO, and will fund corporate overhead expenses while the CEO
assembles a management team, identifies acquisition targets, and completes
the first acquisition. The CEO will then assume the CEO position of the
acquired company. The firm’s management teams maintain significant
ownership in a company throughout its growth. The acquired company can be
located anywhere in the U.S.

targets investments in growth industries, typically partnering with CEOs
to identify and acquire a platform company and to grow the company through
acquisition. Over the past twenty years, the firm has utilized this
strategy to partner with over 100 senior management teams and build
leading companies.
The firm currently manages more than $6 billion of investment capital, and
has consistently demonstrated its ability to create value through the
creation of successful businesses. With substantial market share and
sustainable growth, the firm’s portfolio companies are leaders in a
variety of industries, including marketing services, information
technology services, distribution services, healthcare services, business
services, and transaction processing services.
CEO Position Requirements
• Current or former CEO or President of a $100 million + business services
company, and has planned, implemented and consummated acquisitions in
their industry.
• The CEO has demonstrated a proven track record of substantial equity
value creation, managing profitability and cash flow, acquisition
experience, and deep industry knowledge.
• The CEO is an entrepreneur, and has identified specific acquisition
candidates or a specific sector they want to target acquisitions in.
• The CEO has served as the primary creator of value, and wishes to lead
another consolidation effort.
• The CEO has well established relationships across his/her industry, and
the ability to attract a core team of executives to the organization.
